Shabbat candle lighting: Fri, Sep 4, 7:13 PM · Full schedule

Torah

Every Jew is a member here, and we do not charge a membership fee. That goes for learning too — walk in.

Weekly classes

There are two regular Torah classes, one on Tuesday evenings and one on Thursday evenings, both online. Times, who teaches them, and how to join are on the Torah studies page.

Torah on Shabbat

The Torah is read at our Shabbat morning service, and everyone is welcome — whether you follow along in Hebrew, in English, or not at all. Service times are on the schedule, and what to expect if you’ve never been is worth two minutes if this is your first time.

Simchat Torah

Once a year we stop reading the Torah and dance with it instead — an evening of singing, dancing with the Torah scrolls, a buffet dinner, l’chaims, and treats for the kids. It falls at the end of the fall holidays, so the date moves with the Hebrew calendar each year; find it on the holidays page.

Learning with children

Hebrew School for ages five to thirteen, the after-school program for Pre-K through 5th grade, and Tamim Preschool for the youngest. Teens have CTeen.
